About Molli Schiks

Molli Schiks is a licensed real estate agent serving clients in Minnesota and Wisconsin since 2020. She is affiliated with Edina Realty and is a member of the Adam Bast Real Estate Team, recognized for her strategic approach, strong client advocacy, and effective execution in competitive markets.

 

Molli brings a distinctive legal background to real estate, having worked since 2013 as a senior paralegal and firm administrator in civil and criminal defense litigation. Her experience in contract analysis, negotiation, and risk management allows her to protect clients’ interests with precision and confidence. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a business management certificate from the University of Minnesota, along with a post-baccalaureate paralegal certificate from Hamline University, where she graduated with Lambda Epsilon Chi honors.

 

Beyond real estate, Molli serves as Board Chair of Heartland Montessori School in River Falls, providing leadership in governance, strategic planning, and financial oversight. Based in Hudson, Wisconsin, she is deeply connected to the St. Croix Valley and Twin Cities communities and is known for her integrity, professionalism, and client-focused leadership.
